STC is one of the largest telecom operators in the Middle East. Its app and website are the front door for millions of customers — so friction there turns directly into support cost and churn.
The work paired deep in-field research in Saudi Arabia with a ground-up redesign, run across a large, distributed team on a tight timeline.
What I did
- Led a 30+ person global team of designers, strategists and engineers through a full app and website redesign.
- Ran in-field user research in Saudi Arabia to ground the work in real customer behaviour.
- Shipped improvements that raised the App Store rating and reduced inbound service calls.
