I worked hands-on as a venture developer across product, operations and finance — helping take the company from early stage through to a successful sale.
What I did
- Built the company website.
- Stepped in as interim CFO, setting up finance and operations.
- Developed the business case for a new production plant.
- Helped bring in new leadership — the company was later acquired.
