Designing the next era of telehealth for Europe's largest provider.
HealthHero is Europe's largest digital-first telehealth provider, delivering virtual primary care to around 20 million people through insurers, employers, and governments. When frog partnered with them in early 2020, less than one percent of primary-care consultations happened virtually — just as demand was about to explode.
Working across frog's London, Munich, and Milan studios, we took MediRedi — a direct-to-consumer tele-consultation platform — from first frameworks to live product: patient-facing website, doctor consultation dashboard, and a cloud API architecture, designed, built, and launched within months.
What I did
- Ran the program from venture-design frameworks to the live MediRedi launch.
- Coordinated multidisciplinary teams across three frog studios on a fast-paced build.
- Helped shape the venture's proposition, pricing, and operating model alongside the product.
